How long is the turnaround to
receive media ?

Please allow us at least 7 business days to send the product unless told otherwise.

11-15 business days for weddings
How will I receive my pictures ?

All media will be sent to the clients email via website link with a password and download pin; the website link will only be available for two weeks until deletion of said link.
Do you color correct and retouch the photos ?

All photos given will be color corrected and retouched.
Are there any refunds after the photoshoot / event ?

There are no refunds. However a discount could be offered toward the next booking.
How long does a partial refund take to get back if any ?

The partial reimbursement will be processed in 14-21 business days.
Do I have to make a deposit before booking ?

A 20% deposit to secure your selected date.

Weddings require a 50% deposit to secure your selected date.
What equipment is provided for a house call ?

A choice of one muslin backdrop and two wireless strobe lights.
Should my event last longer than expected, will you stay? Is there an extra charge

Should the event go over schedule the extra charges are as following :

$50 per 30 min

$100 per hour
Should there be any equipment malfunctions losing data what happens?

The photographer will give the client a full update on said situation and will work to recover said data.

The photographer can also offer a partial monetary reimbursement of the photoshoot per the convenience of the client.
If my event starts later than expected is that an extra charge?

Should the event or wedding be behind schedule the photographer will only stay the length of time that was paid.
