How do I book a session?

Start by filling out the contact form on the website. A consultation may be required depending on the type of session. Once details are confirmed, a non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date.

How does image selection work?

Within 24 hours of your session, you will receive a watermarked proof gallery for selection purposes. The gallery will remain active for 24 hours. You must submit your selected images within that timeframe. Editing turnaround begins once selections are received — not on the session date. If selections are not submitted within the allotted window, Lotariography will proceed with image selection at its discretion and delivery timelines may be adjusted.

How are images delivered?

Final images are delivered through a private online gallery link. The gallery will remain active for 48 hours, so clients must download their files within that timeframe. Lotariography retains backup files indefinitely after delivery for archival purposes.

Can I purchase the full gallery?

Yes. Each package includes a set number of edited images. Clients may upgrade to receive the full edited gallery (all usable edited images from the session) for an additional $150. All images included in the full gallery upgrade are professionally edited and delivered in high-resolution JPEG format.

What happens if I’m late?

Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will incur a $20 late fee. Additional time may be added at $1.75 per minute, if scheduling permits. After 25 minutes, the session will be canceled and the deposit will not be refunded.

Do you travel outside of DFW?

Yes. Sessions outside of the Dallas–Fort Worth area incur a $40 flat travel fee.

Who owns the photos?

Lotariography retains full copyright ownership of all images and video content captured. Clients receive personal usage rights for sharing and printing. Commercial use requires written permission and/or a licensing agreement.

Is a deposit required?

Yes. A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to secure standard sessions. Weddings require a 50% non-refundable deposit to reserve the selected date. Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit is received.

How long does it take to receive my photos?

Final edited images are delivered within: • 7–10 business days for standard sessions • 10–14 business days for weddings Business days are Monday through Friday and exclude weekends and holidays.

Do you provide RAW or unedited files?

No. Lotariography does not provide RAW files under any circumstances. RAW files are unfinished digital negatives and remain the intellectual property of Lotariography. Only fully edited images reflecting our signature style are delivered.

Do you retouch photos?

Yes. All final images are professionally color graded and retouched. This may include: • Teeth whitening • Correction of noticeable flyaway hairs • Light skin smoothing for most blemishes All edits reflect the Lotariography signature style.

What happens if Lotariography is late?

If Lotariography is more than 15 minutes late, you will be notified immediately. Clients may choose to reschedule or receive a $20 credit toward their session.

Can service be refused?

Yes. Lotariography reserves the right to refuse service for unsafe, disrespectful, discriminatory, or policy-violating behavior. This ensures a professional and safe experience for all parties.

Are deposits refundable?

No. Deposits are non-refundable. However, with at least 72 hours written notice, deposits may be credited toward a future session (valid up to 4 months) in accordance with our cancellation policy.
