Policy

Booking and Investments

  • Consultations are required before booking. Please fill out the contact form to help us tailor your experience.

  • A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total session fee is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. All payments can be made through Zelle or CashApp. Payment of the deposit confirms that you have read and agreed to all of Lotariography’s policies.

  • The remaining balance can be paid anytime from the booking date up until the end of the photoshoot.

Image Files

  • Final edits will be delivered within 7–10 business days (up to 1.5 weeks) after the shoot or 10–14 business days (up to 2 weeks) for weddings. Business days include Monday–Friday; weekends and holidays are excluded.

  • High-resolution, unedited and unwatermarked images from your shoot can be purchased for $150. These images will be delivered in JPEG format at the highest quality.

  • All final images will receive premium retouching, which includes teeth whitening, correction of noticeable flyaway hairs, and skin smoothing for most blemishes.

  • Final edits will follow Lotariography’s signature editing style. Clients are not permitted to alter or apply additional edits to the final images. If changes are needed, please contact Lotariography, and we will do our best to accommodate reasonable requests. Failure to comply will result in a warning, and repeat violations may lead to a permanent ban from future bookings.

Photoshoot Etiquette

  • Both clients and Lotariography are expected to arrive on time.

  • If Lotariography is running late, we will notify you and ensure you receive the full amount of time you booked.

  • Clients who arrive 15 minutes late will be charged a $20 late fee. If additional time is needed, an extra $1.75 per minute will apply, provided there is no scheduled shoot immediately after yours.

  • After 25 minutes, the session will be canceled, and the deposit will not be refunded. A new deposit will be required to reschedule or book a new session.

  • All clients and guests must maintain a professional attitude to ensure the best possible images. Disrespectful or disruptive behavior will result in immediate dismissal from the session.

Cancellations

  • If you are unable to attend your session, your deposit will serve as a cancellation fee. However, it can be credited toward a future session (valid for up to 4 months) if you provide written notice at least 72 hours before your session. If no mutually agreeable date is found, the deposit remains non-refundable.

  • One reschedule is allowed up to 7 days before the session without penalty. Additional non-weather-related reschedules will incur a $40 fee.

  • Weather-related rescheduling is allowed for rain or if the temperature is below 60°F.

  • In the event of a severe emergency affecting Lotariography, we will attempt to secure a replacement photographer offering a similar package at comparable pricing. If no replacement is found, Lotariography’s liability is limited to a full refund of all payments received for the session.

  • Lotariography takes every precaution with equipment and image storage. However, in the unlikely event that photographs are lost, stolen, or destroyed due to circumstances beyond our control, Lotariography’s liability is limited to a refund of all payments received for the shoot. In cases of partial loss, a prorated refund will be issued based on the percentage of lost images.
