Booking and Investments
Consultations are required prior to booking. Please complete the contact form so your session can be properly tailored. A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total session fee is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Wedding packages require a non-refundable 50% deposit. Payments may be made via Zelle, CashApp, or Square. Payments processed through Square are subject to applicable processing fees and sales tax. Submitting a deposit confirms that you have read and agreed to all Lotariography policies. The remaining balance may be paid at any time between the booking date and the conclusion of the photoshoot.
Image Selection & File Delivery
Within 24 hours of the session, clients will receive a watermarked proof gallery containing lightly processed, unedited preview images for selection purposes only. This gallery will remain available for 24 hours. Clients are responsible for submitting their image selections within this timeframe. The standard editing turnaround time begins once selections are received, not on the session date. If selections are not submitted within the allotted time, Lotariography will proceed with image selection at its discretion, and delivery timelines may be adjusted accordingly. Clients may upgrade to receive the full edited gallery (all usable edited images from the session) for an additional $150. This upgrade includes professionally edited, high-resolution JPEG images delivered at the highest quality.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
If a client is unable to attend their session, the deposit will serve as a cancellation fee. Deposits may be applied toward a future session within four months if written notice is provided at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled session. One reschedule is permitted without penalty if requested at least 7 days in advance. Additional non-weather-related reschedules will incur a $40 fee. Weather-related rescheduling is permitted in cases of rain or when temperatures fall below 60°F.
Editing & Delivery Timeline
Final edited images will be delivered within: • 5-7 business days for standard sessions • 10–14 business days for weddings Business days are Monday through Friday and exclude weekends and holidays. Images are delivered via a private online gallery and must be downloaded within the provided delivery window.
Location & Studio Options
Lotariography does not currently operate from a permanent studio location. Clients are responsible for securing their preferred studio space when applicable. Lotariography is happy to provide studio recommendations based on the needs, style, and location of the session. For added convenience, a mobile home studio option is available for select sessions. This includes professional backdrops and lighting brought on-site and may be added for an additional fee. Studio rental fees are not included in session pricing unless otherwise stated.
Photoshoot Etiquette
Both the client and Lotariography are expected to arrive on time. If Lotariography is running late, the client will be notified, and every effort will be made to ensure the full amount of booked session time is honored. If Lotariography arrives more than 15 minutes late and is unable to provide the full booked session time, a $25 courtesy credit will be applied to the final balance. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will incur a $20 late fee. Additional time may be added at $1.75 per minute, provided no session is scheduled immediately afterward. If a client arrives 25 minutes late, the session will be canceled and the deposit forfeited. A new deposit will be required to rebook. All clients and guests are expected to maintain a respectful and professional demeanor. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in termination of the session without refund.
Liability & Unforeseen Circumstances
In the event of a severe emergency affecting Lotariography, every effort will be made to secure a replacement photographer offering a similar package at comparable pricing. If no replacement can be secured, Lotariography’s liability is limited to a full refund of all payments received. Lotariography takes every precaution to safeguard equipment and image files. In the rare event that images are lost, stolen, or damaged due to circumstances beyond control, liability is limited to a refund of payments received. Partial losses will be refunded on a prorated basis based on the percentage of lost images.
RAW File Policy
Lotariography does not provide RAW files under any circumstances. RAW files are unfinished digital negatives and remain the intellectual property of Lotariography. They are not available for purchase, download, or distribution. Only fully edited images that reflect Lotariography’s signature style will be delivered.
Editing Style & Image Integrity
All final images receive professional retouching, which may include teeth whitening, correction of noticeable flyaway hairs, and light skin smoothing for most blemishes. Final images follow Lotariography’s signature editing style. Clients may not alter, filter, or apply additional edits to delivered images. If adjustments are needed, please contact Lotariography directly and reasonable requests will be considered. Repeated violations may result in refusal of future services.
By booking with Lotariography, clients acknowledge and agree to all policies outlined above. These guidelines exist to ensure a professional, respectful, and seamless experience for everyone involved.
